Buyer: a person who places an order for goods or services in the e-shop www.galerijadaugava.lv
1. Subject of the contract
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver to the Buyer the goods or services ordered in the e-shop, while the Buyer undertakes to pay for them the price specified and receive the goods/services in accordance with the terms of this contract.
2. Placing an order
2.1. The Buyer orders a product in the e-shop by selecting it from the range of products and adding it to the shopping cart.
2.2. The order comes into effect when the Buyer has placed the order and received a confirmation e-mail from the Seller.
3. Price and payment
3.1. The prices of the goods are indicated in the e-shop and include all taxes.
3.2. Payment is made by [payment methods: bank transfer, payment cards, internet banking, etc.].
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery terms and costs are indicated during the order process.
4.2. The Buyer undertakes to provide the correct delivery address.
5. Right of withdrawal
5.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, without giving a reason.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer sends the Seller a completed withdrawal form or a free-form notification (for example, by e-mail).
5.3. The Buyer must return the goods to the address specified by the Seller within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal. The return costs are covered by the Buyer, unless the Seller has agreed to cover them.
5.4. The Seller shall refund to the Buyer all payments received from him (including delivery costs) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal. The refund shall be made using the same means of payment used by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Consumer liability
6.1. The Buyer is liable for any decrease in the value of the goods if they have been used in a manner inconsistent with the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
7. Warranty and claims
7.1. The Seller ensures that the goods comply with the description specified in the e-shop.
7.2. The Buyer has the right to file claims for non-conformity of the goods within 2 years from the date of purchase of the goods.
8. Protection of personal data
8.1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data only to the extent necessary for order processing, delivery and fulfillment of legal obligations.

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved through negotiations.
9.2. If an agreement is not reached, the Buyer has the right to apply to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or to court.
The Agreement enters into force at the moment the Buyer places an order in the e-store.
