Ilze Avotiņa
1952
She received her professional education in the Janis Rozentals Riga Art High School (1963 – 1970) and at the Latvian Art Academy (1972 – 1979). She has been contributing to exhibitions since 1977. Her artworks can be found in the collections of the National Art Museum of Latvia and the Latvian Artists’ Union , the State Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow and in many private collections in Latvia and abroad.
